POLICIES
NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO DUE TO SEVERAL FOOD ALLERGIES.
The safety of our students takes priority over all else.
All Children must wash hands upon entering the studio.
We will do our best to provide make-up classes for you if you call or e-mail ahead to let us know that you will be unable to attend class. Make-ups may occur in any of the other existing age appropriate classes.
Refunds are at the discretion of Kamston Kids Music and only for classes not yet attended. Materials can not be refunded for any reason.
If your child has had a fever or has vomited within 24 hours prior to class, please do not bring them to class. Notify the instructor and a make-up class will be scheduled.
A child must be on antibiotics for more than 24 hours before attending a class. Notify the instructor and a make-up class will be scheduled.
Should the instructor have to cancel classes, a make-up class will be scheduled at the convenience of the instructor and the majority of the class.
We follow Fairfax County Public Schools regarding weather related closings. If schools are closed in Fairfax County, Kamston Kids classes will be cancelled and a make-up class will be scheduled accordingly. If Fairfax County Schools are opened 1 or 2 hours late, Kamston Kids classes will start on time.
You may attend a trial class for free. When signing up for classes, you will be prorated for the classes prior to your enrollment.
We may choose to prorate for expected absences such as the birth of a baby or prolonged absences. This will be up to the discretion of Kamston Kids Music.
